Description
The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) intends to contract with Leased Housing Developers Company for facility maintenance and improvements on a sole source basis. The required services include maintenance and improvements of the existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, electrical system, elevators, wall coverings, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The contractor shall supply all materials necessary to complete any required modifications and/or upgrades.
• The place of performance is 200 3rd Street, Parkersburg, WV 26106.
• The delivery schedule is estimated to be no later than June 1, 2026, with a period of performance of 60 months.
• Sustainable acquisition requirements are not applicable.
• Qualified contractors must provide a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, including their company's name and location, contact information, business size, UEI number, and specific details of the products offered.
