The City of Gorham is seeking a single prime contractor to design‑build and construct a new splash‑pad park. The scope includes demolition and tree removal, site grading, aggregate base placement, erosion control, installation of dyed concrete splash‑pad surfacing, sidewalks, utility services (electrical, water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage), splash‑pad equipment, a steel‑frame mechanical enclosure, metal fabrication, and final landscaping such as grass seeding and related appurtenances. All work will be performed under a lump‑sum and unit‑price contract. • Tree removal (1) and common excavation/earthwork • 430 sq yd aggregate base, 275 sq yd dyed concrete splash‑pad, 133 sq yd concrete sidewalks • Installation of water, sewer, storm‑drain, electrical services, splash‑pad equipment, and steel enclosure building • Metal fabrication, erosion control, grass seeding, and related site work
