Procurement - Services: Lompoc Road Yard Painting Project

The County of Santa Barbara is seeking a contractor to provide painting services for the Lompoc Road Yard facility. The project includes cleaning, preparing, and refinishing the exterior surfaces of buildings, roofs, doors, pergolas, and ancillary structures. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and tools to complete the project. A mandatory job walk is scheduled for September 30, 2025, and bids are due by October 28, 2025. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. • The project location is 2010 Sweeny Road, Lompoc, CA 93436. • The contractor must possess a Class A, B, or C-33 license. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must complete the project within 75 calendar days. • The contract includes a payment bond and a performance bond. • The contractor must indemnify and hold harmless the County of Santa Barbara, its officers, officials, employees, agents, and volunteers from any claims, actions, losses, damages, judgments, and liabilities arising out of the contract.
