The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking a contractor to replace and update the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and Downstream Panels at the Wyoming Area Office in Mills, Wyoming. The contractor will be responsible for performing the work in accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other attachments listed in Section J. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the contractor must submit a proposal that includes a price schedule and a technical proposal. The government reserves the right to make award to other than the technically acceptable offeror with the lowest cost or price proposal if it is determined that the technical benefits of another offeror's proposal justify its higher cost or price.
Some key points to consider:
• The contractor must have experience with similar projects and demonstrate a strong understanding of the tasks and technical requirements.
• The contractor must provide a clear and complete schedule that is logically sequenced and demonstrates a sound strategy for schedule recovery and mitigation of delays.
• The contractor must have a good past performance record, and the government may use past performance information from various sources to evaluate the offeror's ability to successfully perform the required work.
• The contractor must provide a price proposal that is complete, reasonable, and reflects the technical approach, required equipment, warranty provisions, and the full scope of work identified in the solicitation.
