Construction Materials Quality Testing and Subsurface Exploration Services FY2026-FY2030

The City of Laredo is seeking qualified firms to provide professional Construction Materials Quality Testing and Subsurface Exploration Services. The selected firms will be awarded a contract on a rotation basis to perform geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing for construction projects. The contract will have a term of two years with an option for a two-year renewal, beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2030. The scope of work includes providing professional services for construction materials quality testing and subsurface exploration. • The contract will be awarded based on demonstrated competence, detailed credentials, and a statement of qualifications. • The City of Laredo reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any or all proposals. • Responses that do not comply with the requirements of the RFQ may be deemed non-responsive. • A pre-response conference will be held virtually on July 28, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
