DATA READINESS AND MIGRATION PREPARATION SERVICES

DuPage County’s Procurement Services seeks a qualified vendor to provide data readiness and migration preparation consulting for its law‑enforcement records consortium. The work focuses on extracting, cleansing, and preparing legacy Motorola NetRMS data and current Hexagon OnCall Records data for transfer into a new, future Records Management System (RMS). The contractor will deliver detailed migration plans, data mapping, validation procedures, and transition support to ensure a seamless migration with minimal disruption to law‑enforcement operations. • Analyze and extract data from two distinct legacy systems (Motorola NetRMS and Hexagon OnCall). • Perform data cleansing, normalization, and mapping to the target RMS schema. • Produce comprehensive migration documentation, risk assessments, and validation/testing protocols. • Provide consulting support during the migration execution phase, including issue resolution and post‑migration verification.
