Labor & Equipment Rates for Recloser Installation

The City of Newberry is seeking qualified vendors to provide labor and equipment rates for a distribution system upgrade. The scope includes furnishing and installing 31 new distribution poles, extending primary lines, and installing 31 three‑phase electronically controlled reclosers with full SCADA integration to improve reliability and enable automated fault isolation across feeder circuits and substations.
