The City of Charleston is soliciting a full‑service vendor to install, maintain, service, repair, and operate traditional vending machines and micro‑market kiosks across multiple municipal facilities. The contractor must provide equipment (new or like‑new, ADA‑compliant, energy‑efficient), stock a variety of food, beverage, and snack items (including healthy options), manage point‑of‑sale systems (card readers, self‑checkout kiosks with cameras), ensure rapid service response (≤3 hours), and submit monthly revenue reports with a percentage‑based compensation to the City.
