Umpqua Community College is seeking a qualified vendor to operate a campus‑wide vending‑machine concession. The vendor must finance, install, stock, and maintain snack and beverage vending machines at multiple college locations, provide weekly restocking, 24‑hour service response, and adhere to health‑option and ADA requirements. The contract is a revenue‑generating concession with a five‑year term, renewable up to five additional one‑year extensions, and compensation based on a percentage of gross sales plus any guaranteed minimum commission.
• Provide new or like‑new snack and beverage vending machines (≈ 20 units) that accept cashless payments and meet ENERGY STAR, NSF, and ADA standards.
• Stock machines weekly, ensure ≥ 30 % healthier product slots, and manage refunds within five business days.
• Offer 24‑hour service coverage with response/repair within 24 hours, routine cleaning, and full documentation for audits.
