SCBA Preventative and Corrective Maintenance

The US Navy is seeking a contractor to provide preventative and corrective maintenance for Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) equipment at various Navy installations in California and Nevada. The contractor will be responsible for performing annual certifications, testing, and maintenance on SCBA units and components, as well as providing corrective maintenance services as needed. The contract will be for a base year with one optional 12-month extension. • The contractor must provide SCOTT qualified technicians and appropriate equipment and supplies to perform the work. • The contractor must maintain an organized and clean work area at all fire stations. • The contractor must provide a projected PM/Certification schedule within 30 days of contract award. • The contractor must perform work in accordance with manufacturer manuals and government regulations. • The contractor must provide reports and records of work performed to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the Installation Fire Chief.
