Budget estimate

$100,000 – $200,000

Based on typical costs for metal fencing (≈ $30‑$50 per foot), 1,480 ft of fence would range $44,000‑$74,000. Six gates at roughly $2,000‑$3,000 each add $52,000‑$78,000. Pen construction and associated hardware could be $10,000‑$25,000. Labor for installation (estimated 500‑800 hours at $50‑$75/hr) adds $25,000‑$60,000. Summing these ranges yields a total contract value roughly between $130,000 and $237,000. Rounded to a realistic bid window, the likely award range is about $100,000 to $200,000.
