Vista Ridge Ponds A19 & A20

The Town of Erie is seeking bids for the retrofit of Ponds A19 and A20 in the Vista Ridge development. The project includes replacement of outlet structures, new concrete forebays, new storm sewers and storm manholes, pond grading and fill, bank grading, concrete trickle channels, new access roads and paths, concrete flat work, construction sediment and erosion control, construction water control, revegetation including seeding and mulching, and accommodation of neighborhood and golf course activities during construction. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Replacement of outlet structures and construction of new concrete forebays • Installation of new storm sewers and storm manholes • Pond grading and fill, bank grading, and concrete trickle channels • Construction of new access roads and paths • Concrete flat work and construction sediment and erosion control • Revegetation, including seeding and mulching • Accommodation of neighborhood and golf course activities during construction The project requires the contractor to have experience with similar projects and to provide a qualified team to complete the work.
