Description
The Department of Ecology (ECOLOGY) is seeking support for work associated with a programmatic environmental impact statement (PEIS) for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production pathway facilities, including blending and distribution infrastructure. The successful bidder will provide technical expertise, meeting facilitation and coordination services, communications, and logistical and project management support. The contract term is expected to be from the date of award to June 30, 2027, with the possibility of extension for an additional two years. The maximum budget for this procurement is $1,500,000.
Key responsibilities of the contractor will include:
* Providing technical expertise with SAF production pathway facilities
* Assisting with the development of a thorough, neutral, factual, and defensible PEIS
* Facilitating public hearings and meetings
* Preparing and providing materials needed to support the public hearings
* Recording verbal comments at the hearings
* Providing transcripts of comments for each meeting and hearing
* Maintaining an administrative record over the course of the project
* Preparing and providing the administrative record at the close of the project
