Janitorial Services for the Indian Health Service, Lockport Service Unit

The Indian Health Service is seeking sources to provide janitorial services for the Lockport Service Unit in Lockport, New York. The services will include daily cleaning, quarterly deep cleaning, and other tasks as specified in the Statement of Work. The contractor will be required to provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the services, except for routine janitorial supplies which will be furnished by the Government. The period of performance will be for a base year plus four 12-month option years. The contractor will be required to maintain detailed service logs, provide personnel lists, and comply with security requirements. Some key tasks and requirements include: • Daily cleaning of floors, restrooms, exam and operatory rooms, and other areas • Quarterly deep cleaning of floors, restrooms, and other areas • Providing all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the services • Maintaining detailed service logs and providing personnel lists • Complying with security requirements and suitability determinations • Ensuring all personnel have undergone background checks and health clearances
