Description
The New York State Department of Labor is seeking bids for the provision of 120 TCS Mastercraft DevPlus Licenses. TCS Mastercraft DevPlus is an application development life cycle management platform that enables business, development teams, and operations teams to collaborate and deliver high-quality new business capabilities. The contract term is for 11 months, from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide the licenses and ensure that they meet the requirements outlined in the IFB.
• The IFB includes mandatory eligibility requirements that bidders must meet to be considered responsive.
• The bid evaluation process will involve a pass/fail assessment of the mandatory eligibility requirements, followed by a cost evaluation.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder that submits the lowest cost bid.
