This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to provide annual preventative maintenance for Power Distribution Units (PDUs) and Rack Power Packs (RPPs) that support the North Dakota University System’s data‑center infrastructure. The work must be performed on a dual‑feed (A‑Side/B‑Side) power configuration, allowing one side to be de‑energized while the other remains live, and must be completed within a six‑hour response window. The contract includes one scheduled on‑site maintenance visit per year for each unit, rapid‑response support for downtime events, 24‑hour telephone technical assistance, and discounted parts with a transparent markup ceiling.
• Perform breaker inspections, cleaning, torque checks, and visual inspections on PDUs and RPPs per detailed checklists.
• Shut down one power side at a time, execute maintenance tasks, then re‑energize and verify system redundancy within a 6‑hour window.
• Provide 6‑hour on‑site response for emergency service calls and 24‑hour phone support; supply discounted replacement parts (20 % off catalog, ≤ 25 % markup on non‑catalog items).
• Supply annual fixed‑price bids for the first two years (July 30 2026 – July 29 2028) with optional extensions and renewals.
