CHLORINE GAS AGREEMENT - THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT

The County of Los Angeles is seeking a vendor to provide compressed liquid chlorine in 1-ton and 150-lb cylinders for a three-year contract. The vendor will be responsible for delivering the chlorine to various Waterworks District disinfection facilities. The contract requires the vendor to provide technical grade chlorine that meets AWWA specifications for public drinking water disinfection. The vendor must also provide Safety Data Sheets and comply with U.S. Federal Regulations, including the Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act. • The contract term is three years • The vendor must deliver chlorine to 22 different locations • The vendor must provide Safety Data Sheets • The vendor must comply with U.S. Federal Regulations • The vendor must provide technical grade chlorine that meets AWWA specifications
