Overhead Doors, Warehouse & Loading Dock Equipment and Services

The 1GPA is seeking a contractor to provide overhead doors, warehouse and loading dock equipment, and services to its members. The scope of work includes the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead door systems, warehouse and loading dock equipment, and related services. The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive range of products and services, including coiling doors, counter shutters, high-speed and fire-rated doors, rolling steel doors, sectional overhead doors, and specialty or custom doors. The contractor will also be required to provide equipment and system services, including ongoing support and training services, emergency response and after-hour services, and warranty administration and claims processing. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar products and services to public agencies and non-profits. • The contractor must have the capability to provide products and services nationwide. • The contractor must have a strong understanding of the scope of work and the requirements of the contract. • The contractor must be able to provide competitive pricing and meet the needs of 1GPA members.
