Landscape Services for Monte Bella Maintenance District

The City of Salinas is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive landscape‑maintenance services for the Monte Bella Maintenance District. The work includes routine mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, fertilization, pruning, irrigation system inspections and minor repairs, bioretention and storm‑water basin upkeep, playground and picnic‑area inspections, traffic‑control compliance, dust‑control, and emergency response.
