The City of Lincoln is seeking a consultant to update its Bikeways Master Plan, which includes modeling the existing bicycle and open space trail system, preparing an update to the plan document, and providing recommendations for future capital improvement projects. The selected consultant will be required to perform various tasks, including project management, data collection and analysis, and preparation of a draft and final master plan document. The city has budgeted $125,000 for this update.
