RFP026-52 PC Imaging & Deployment

The City of Meriden is seeking a vendor to assist with the imaging and deployment of 400 end-user PC devices. The project includes creating multiple images, implementing a remote management tool, and configuring Group Policies across all devices. The vendor will be required to provide an onsite staff member for a three-month period to assist with imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting. The proposal should include an executive summary, detailed work plan, technical approach, qualifications, and cost proposal. • The vendor should have experience with PC imaging and deployment, technical proficiency with PC imaging tools, and expertise in creating and managing Group Policies. • The vendor should be able to provide an onsite team member for the duration of the project. • The proposal will be evaluated based on technical approach, experience and qualifications, cost effectiveness, and timeline and project management.
