Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office is soliciting a vendor to produce 210 laminated identification badges for the Joint Genome Institute (JGI) 2026 Retreat. Each badge must be 3 ¾ × 5 ½ in, printed in 4‑color process on 14 pt coated cover stock, laminated matte on both sides, and include a punched slot for a lanyard. Production can be digital or offset provided Quality Level III standards are met, and a press‑quality PDF soft proof must be approved before printing. The finished badges are to be shrink‑wrapped, packaged in cartons (≤ 40 lb each), labeled with GPO Form 905, and shipped FOB destination to Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory by 11 Sept 2026.
