Description
The State of Colorado, Department of Agriculture-State Fair, is soliciting bids for the Creative Arts Bldg ADA & HVAC Upgrades project. The project involves upgrading the Creative Arts Building to meet ADA standards and replacing the HVAC system. The estimated project cost is $1.5 million. The scope of work includes removing a planter and installing pavers, upgrading the electrical system, and replacing the sanitary sewer and water lines. Bidders are required to review the solicitation documents and Addendum 1 thoroughly.
• The project is expected to start after the State Fair.
• Bidders are required to upload standard bid documents.
• The project includes removing existing concrete steps and installing new utility lines.
• The existing memorial bench on the north side of the building shall remain and be protected during construction.
