Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the removal and replacement of roofing for the Department of Health located at the Pinecrest Supports and Service Center in Pineville, Louisiana. The job requires the removal and replacement of approximately 6,000 square feet of roofing. Bidders must submit their bids by September 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. A jobsite visit is mandatory prior to bid opening. The contract may be extended for 2 additional 12-month periods, with a total term not exceeding 36 months.
• The bidder must provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and services necessary to complete the job.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
• The bidder must provide a performance bond if required.
• The bidder must deliver all items F.O.B. destination or as otherwise provided.
