Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for Cadence Software, including Spectra MMSIM with Spectre X Simulator, Virtuoso Advanced Node Option for Layout, Virtuoso Layout Suite XL, Virtuoso Schematic Editor XL, and Virtuoso ADE Assembler. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, CADENCE DESIGN SYSTEMS INC., under the authority of FAR 12. The contract is expected to be for a period of one year, from September 13, 2026, to September 12, 2027.
* The software is required for the NSWC Crane's operations.
* The contract will be a firm-fixed-price contract.
* The contractor must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
* The contractor must provide a capability statement, which will be considered by the agency.
* The Government reserves the right to administratively substitute any of the points of contact listed at any time.
