Description
The California Highway Patrol is seeking competitive bids to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Ventura Area Office located at 4656 Valentine Road, Ventura, CA. The contract will cover routine cleaning of interior spaces (carpets, floors, restrooms, breakrooms, etc.) and exterior areas (parking lot, sidewalks, windows) on a defined schedule, with all labor, equipment, supplies, and related costs bundled into a single price. The award will be based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid after any applicable small‑business, DVBE, or subcontractor preferences are applied. The initial contract term is one year (Sep 1 2026 – Aug 31 2027) with one optional one‑year extension.
