AUTONOMOUS CLEANING EQUIPMENT

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for two Autonomous Vacuum (SP50 Cenobot) and one Autonomous Scrubber (L50 Cenobot) as detailed in Exhibit A of this RFQ. The goods must be delivered on or before June 30, 2026. The quotation should include completed Exhibits A and B, proof of insurance coverage, Secretary of State registration status, and current business license. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The Autonomous Vacuum should have a sweeping width of 26 to 30 inches and a running/charging time of 4hr/9hr. • The Autonomous Scrubber should have a sweeping width of 26 to 30 inches and a tank size of 14.5 gallons. • The quotation should include pricing, delivery, and warranty information. • The County prefers items made from recycled materials. • The County has implemented a Procurement Preference Program, which includes preferences for Service-Disabled Veteran, Veteran, National Guard, and Federal Reserve Veteran-Owned Businesses, as well as Local and Small Businesses.
