Los Angeles Unified School District is seeking a qualified supplier to provide a range of acoustical ceiling tiles, waterproof adhesives, fiber spline, and vinyl‑faced fiberglass tiles for its schools and facilities. The contract is a unit‑price, 36‑month agreement with all‑inclusive pricing (materials, freight, pallets, insurance) and includes mandatory certifications such as ethics, sweat‑free, prevailing‑wage, public‑works registration, and insurance. The supplier must maintain a will‑call inventory for emergency repairs, deliver FOB destination to any of the District’s many sites, and comply with a 1 % quarterly volume‑rebate and a 45‑day cash‑discount policy.
