Annual Helicopter Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services

The City of Pomona is seeking a qualified aviation maintenance provider to deliver a comprehensive, all‑inclusive five‑year contract for inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair services on a single MD‑500 E police helicopter equipped with a Rolls‑Royce 250‑C20B turbine engine. The contractor must conduct scheduled 100‑hour and 300‑hour inspections, perform two weekly preventive‑maintenance visits, respond to after‑hours calls within one hour, and be available 24/7 for AOG support, with an estimated 260 unscheduled maintenance hours per year. All work is to be performed on‑site at the Pomona Police Department heliport in La Verne, CA, and pricing must be all‑inclusive.
