Description
The City of Asheville is seeking proposals for pole banner installation services on an on-call basis. The contractor will be responsible for installing, removing, and maintaining City of Asheville-permitted banners and hardware, ensuring that all banners remain secure and professionally displayed. The contractor will also be required to perform repairs, maintain an electronic map and hardware inventory, complete installations or removals, and provide pole counts within defined areas to the City as requested.
