The selected artist will be responsible for designing, fabricating, and installing art on prominent entrance columns and/or walls to create an engaging and welcoming atmosphere.
• The art must be made of tiles (e.g. ceramic, porcelain, terracotta, stone, glass) and surface-mounted with flat even surfaces that do not protrude from the wall and do not require structural reinforcement to the walls.
• The artist will receive a maximum fixed fee of $50,700 inclusive of all expenses.
• The project schedule includes a mandatory pre-proposal virtual meeting, shortlist selection, finalist selection, and contract approval.
