College and Career Online Platform

The Ector County Independent School District (ECISD) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive, integrated College and Career Online Platform designed to support student career awareness, exploration, placement, and leadership development. The platform must align with Career Clusters and Programs of Study frameworks and support secondary and postsecondary student populations. The system shall consist of five fully integrated components: Student Career Interest Surveys, Student Career Exploration, Student Career Placement, College Exploration, and Leadership Development Content Delivery and Tracking. Key features of the platform include: • Student career interest surveys that assess aptitudes, interests, and preferences • Career exploration resources, including career descriptions, industry overviews, and salary ranges • Personalized exploration experience, including recommended careers and programs • Employer partnership integration, including employer registration and profile management • College exploration module, including college search and comparison tools • Leadership development content delivery and tracking, including online learning modules and progress monitoring The district is looking for a vendor that can provide a secure, web-based platform accessible on desktop and mobile devices, with role-based access for students, educators, administrators, and employer partners. The vendor must also provide onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support.
