Snow and Ice Removal for Three Municipal Buildings

The City of Pontiac is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive snow and ice removal services at three municipal locations. The services include snow plowing, salting and sanding, de-icing, hauling and removal of snow, and emergency response during severe weather events. The contractor must demonstrate the capacity, equipment, staffing, and experience necessary to respond promptly and effectively to snow and ice conditions in accordance with City standards and operational needs. The contract term will be from December 2025 to March 2026, and may extend further based on the needs of the City. • The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and safety standards. • The contractor must maintain records of all services performed, including dates, times, weather conditions, and materials applied. • The contractor must provide a cost proposal, including a breakdown of costs for each service. • The contractor must demonstrate experience and qualifications in providing snow and ice removal services. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and workers' compensation insurance.
