Natural Gas System Annual Labor Contract FY26 Re-Bid

The City of Rocky Mount is seeking a contractor to provide annual labor services for its natural gas system. The contract will involve the installation, replacement, repair, abandonment, and removal of natural gas facilities, including direct burial, horizontal directional drilling, and boring. The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including those related to drug-free workplaces, operator qualification, and environmental protection. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for the City to request additional services.
