The Town of Chelmsford is soliciting sealed bids to replace the existing ramp at the Mackay Library and to perform a suite of associated repairs. The project includes removal of the current ramp, reuse of footings, installation of new composite decking, aluminum railings, a new wood‑frame canopy tied into the existing EPDM roof, and a variety of ancillary work such as new gutters, ADA‑compliant doors, lighting, and siding repairs.
