Pest Control Services

The City of St. Cloud is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide pest control services for multiple citywide facilities. The contractor shall furnish all labor, chemicals, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to provide comprehensive pest control inspection and treatment services. The services shall include inspection, evaluation, and treatment of various pests, including roaches, palmetto bugs, silverfish, ants, wasps, fleas, rodents, spiders, and scorpions. The contractor shall visit each property monthly and establish a routine treatment cycle to inspect, maintain, and service the interior and exterior of city buildings. * Key aspects of the job include: * Providing pest control services for multiple citywide facilities * Furnishing all necessary labor, chemicals, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials * Inspecting, evaluating, and treating various pests * Establishing a routine treatment cycle for monthly visits to city properties * Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations * Providing safety precautions and protection for employees and the public
