Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate and award a contract without providing for full and open competition to Loyola University of Chicago for the modification of the A11 HERV-E TCR and T cell product to improve the therapeutic efficacy for clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) patients. Budget estimate

$100,000 – $350,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be below the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. This is because the opportunity is conducted under the procedures as prescribed in FAR subpart 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures at an amount not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The actual budget may be lower or higher depending on the specific requirements of the contract and the negotiations between the NIH and Loyola University of Chicago. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the work, the expertise required, and the resources needed to complete the project.
