4301 - Scale testing truck and equipment

The City of Columbus is issuing a Best‑Value Procurement (BVP) to acquire one new scale‑testing truck together with all required equipment, accessories, warranties and training for its Division of Weights & Measures. The contract is a one‑time purchase with delivery required by January 1 2028. Bidders must demonstrate experience supplying similar specialized vehicles, provide a firm fixed price, and meet extensive warranty, insurance, and compliance requirements.
