The 55th Contracting Squadron of the U.S. Air Force seeks a vendor to provide, on a firm‑fixed‑price basis, liquid medical‑grade oxygen delivery, tank rental, and certification services for the 55th Medical Group at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The contractor must supply a minimum 900‑gallon liquid oxygen storage vessel with an 8‑cylinder manifold, refill the tank as needed (up to 9,672 gallons per year), and certify the oxygen as medical grade. The contract includes a 12‑month base period with four additional 12‑month options and a possible 6‑month extension, totaling up to 66 months of performance.
