Description
The Town of Wilbraham is seeking bids for the 2026 Wastewater Pump Stations Instrumentation and Communication Service. The contract will be for one year, with the option to extend for up to two additional 12-month periods. The successful bidder will provide troubleshooting and repair services for malfunctioning or inoperable pump station equipment, as well as instrument and communication system maintenance or installation. The contractor must be able to work independently and have at least 10 years of experience in the associated field.
• The contractor must provide a service technician with 10+ years of experience in the associated field.
• The contractor must comply with all state, federal, and local regulations, including OSHA.
• The contractor must be certified for confined space entry and possess all necessary equipment and PPE to enter these spaces.
• The contractor must possess or have access to all necessary tools and equipment to complete the repairs or installation.
