Establishment of Data Pipeline via Global Network of Meteor Radars

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is seeking a contractor to establish a data pipeline via a global network of meteor radars. The contractor will be responsible for recovering and re-establishing meteor radar operations at six international sites, developing and implementing standardized WMO BUFR data pipelines, and providing on-site and remote engineering services. The contractor will also be required to coordinate subcontractor and international technical support, establish monitoring and verification procedures, and deliver standardized data products to NASA. The period of performance will be 24 months, with the possibility of extension subject to Agency needs and performance.
