Description
The City of St. Marys is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of Lift Station 13. The project includes replacement and rehabilitation of the lift station with all related accessories as shown on the plans and called for in the contract documents and technical specifications. The project must be substantially complete within 270 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on March 3, 2026. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and clearly labeled. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
• The project is funded by the USEPA.
• The project requires compliance with DBE, MBE, WBE, EEO, and BABAA.
• The project is subject to Davis Bacon and Related Acts.
• The project requires a bid bond and other documents as outlined in the contract.
• The city will select the bid that is most responsive and responsible.
