Rental Car Services at SLO County Airport

The County of San Luis Obispo is soliciting proposals from qualified automobile rental car operators to provide rental car services at the SLO County Airport. The selected proposer will be required to provide on-airport automobile rental services, maintain an adequate fleet of rental vehicles, and ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, safe, and in good working condition. The proposer must also comply with all applicable Airport rules and regulations, County policies, and federal, state, and local laws. • Provide on-airport automobile rental services to Airport passengers and the general public during approved hours of operation. • Maintain an adequate and appropriate fleet of rental vehicles to meet customer demand. • Ensure all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, safe, and in good working condition. • Provide counter, kiosk, or remote customer service operations as approved by the Airport. • Offer customer service in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner consistent with industry best practices.
