Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to standardize the staff badging system onto a single, branded, multifunctional solution that meets their current business requirements to improve operational efficiency. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a badging application that supports MS Windows 11 or MS OS Server 2022, has an intuitive user interface for ID card template design, and can communicate with an external database. The contractor will also be required to provide system administration training and end-user training for DBH staff. The contract will be for a period of one year, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
