Facilities Management, Operations, Maintenance and Repair Services

The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive facilities management, operations, maintenance, and repair services for its toll operations buildings and systems within the Central Texas Turnpike System. The services should be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and cover all aspects of facilities management, including building components, ramps, plazas, structures, architectural components, grounds, equipment, and systems. • The vendor should be able to provide maintenance and repair services for all facilities and systems. • The vendor should be able to provide operations and management services for all facilities and systems. • The vendor should be able to provide 24/7 support for all facilities and systems. • The vendor should be able to provide comprehensive facilities management services, including grounds maintenance and equipment repair. The ideal vendor should have experience in providing similar services to large organizations, particularly in the transportation sector. They should also have a strong understanding of the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) code and be able to conform to the class, item, and group structure of the code.
