Engine Exhaust Removal System

The Brandon Fire District No. 1 is seeking proposals for the installation of an engine exhaust removal system at their fire department station. The system should include sufficient Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) units to cover 70,200 cubic feet of space in the fire department truck bays. The project is part of the district's effort to implement energy efficiency and resiliency measures, funded through the Municipal Energy Resilience Program (MERP). • The system should be designed to improve ventilation and reduce energy consumption. • Bidders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the existing conditions at the site. • Sealed hardcopy bids are due by 12:00 noon on July 6, 2026. • The bid title and bid opening time must be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope. • See attached document for proposal requirements and other special conditions.
