Description
The East Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking bids for the BP-7C High School Renovations and Additions (Millwork) project. The project requires a reputable and recognized organization with at least 5 years of successful experience on work of this type and scope. Bidders must provide bid security, and the successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds. The bid documents can be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website, Builders Exchange plan rooms, and other locations.
• The bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement.
• Bidders must have a license where required by public authorities having jurisdiction.
• Bidders must have ample financial resources for work of this magnitude.
• The bid security must be in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount.
