Description
The Ohio Department of Youth Services is seeking a supplier to provide and install four evaporative coolers for the Indian River Juvenile Correctional Facility. The coolers must work collaboratively to maintain a preferred temperature of 80 degrees with a maximum humidity level of 80% inside a 1500 square foot greenhouse. The supplier must provide a minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty and quotes for 1 year's worth of replacement media pads. The installation must be completed in a manner that fits the current configuration, and the contractor must provide detailed documentation after completion.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The supplier must be experienced and qualified to perform the installation.
• The installation must be completed during normal working hours, Monday - Friday, between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (EST).
• The contractor must provide a performance startup to confirm proper installation and validate the warranty.
