Orthotic Equipment and Services for Mexia SSLC

The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for external orthotic provider services for residents of Mexia SSLC as needed. The contract will be for a period of time starting from September 1, 2026. The bidder must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation as outlined in the IFB. The response must include pricing information, bidder reference and contractor qualifications form, and other pertinent information. • The contract will be awarded based on the best value for the state. • The bidder must demonstrate financial capability, financial solvency, and capacity to fulfill the requirements of the IFB. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must submit a completed and signed Exhibit A - HHS Solicitation Affirmations. • The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit C - Pricing Sheet. • The bidder must submit a completed Exhibit G - FY27 Product Price List.
