On-Call Professional Services - General Civil Engineering and Construction Engineering

The City of Casa Grande is establishing a pre‑qualified, on‑call list of consultants to provide civil, construction, surveying, and materials‑testing services on an as‑needed, task‑order basis. Firms submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by 2 p.m. on 13 Oct 2026. Selected firms may receive individual task orders up to $100 k each, with a total contract ceiling of $200 k over a two‑year term (possible one‑year extension). No guarantee of work is provided; assignments are made only when the City issues a notice to proceed. • Scope covers general civil engineering, transportation, water/wastewater, drainage, CAD drafting, cost estimating, construction administration, special inspections, surveying, GIS, and materials testing. • Contracts are non‑exclusive; up to ten firms may be selected. • Each task order must be approved by the City Project Manager before work begins. • Firms must hold appropriate professional licenses, insurance, and a City business license. • Submissions limited to eight pages (excluding required forms).
